CK-7W and C6-00 not compatible?

HI

 

i have question. i have new phone nokia C6-00 and nokia CK-7W. i try connect my phone to the car kit but without success. phone see kit but when write code (0000) and pairing i get connect error. with old phone samsung i550w all pairing ok. i reset car kit and delete old pairing...

Have you tried resetting unit by unplugging it from the power loom, find the main box behind the dash/glovebox and un-plug as it is common for these units to have a software freeze? It will almost certainly pair & connect, but most likely there will be echo as the CK-7W is an older product which was discontinued in 2008.

 

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.

Press and hold the Nokia button till you hear a long bleep. this will wipe all old phones
