Six month ago I bought the BLUETOOTH BH-904 as one of the most expensive Bluetooth headset device in the market. Unfortunately the plastic U-Hook for the ear has been broken very fast and as a result the device can not stand on the ear. I try to communicate with Nokia Greece about that and inform me that there is not spare part for this. Obviously that is considered unacceptable in the Europe to sell products without after sale support for spare parts. Please inform me how Nokia will compensate me. I just need this spare part!!!
