BH-900 and Internet Calls

The answer button on the BH-900 does not seem to work for internet (VoIP) calls. I am using it with a Nokia E61 that has the latest firmware (v3).

Having contacted Nokia on the 4th January, I received a reply yesterday saying that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. It seems that bluetooth headsets do not work with VoIP calls on the E61 and presumably to fix this probelem will require a firmware upgrade.

A number of us are having problems getting the BH900 to stay paired with our phones. There is a discussion at

How did you manage to contact Nokia about your specific problem (short of making a phone call)? I cannot find any relevant contact point on the site...

I contacted them through Club Nokia by email (via Contact Us at the top of the page). Phoning them is a waste of time and email is slow.
