hi any idea why the NSU shows that i have the latest version

mine now : 12.0.0.24

in nokia website when i enter my product key (0575743) it tells that the latest version is mine :smileysad:

Mate take no tension NOKIA never gonna release its firmware 2.0 for the very frustrated usersss of middle east just survive on the full bug house phone mate nokia disconnecting people

So will it be available later? Or there is no chance ? I can't understand why, my product code is listed in the supported version 20.0.019.. Why I can't update :smileysad: any suggestions ??:smileyindifferent:

I have a Saudi N97 ( Product Code  0576500 ) and last night, I tried every single product code for the MENA region ( Middle East & North Africa ) and you wanna know something?

 

Not a single one has v20 available.

 

Most of Europe now has it. I'm still on v12. Well, I say that, but now I have stopped using my N97, it is stuck away in a draw.

 

I have sent several emails to MENA Customer Care. They either send me the wrong replies - addressed to somebody else, or they just cut and past entire pages from the Nokia website for a response.

 

Useless.

Wouldn't get too excited mate, I reckon we're in for a long wait. Doesn't really matter to me anymore, Nokia have shown themselves to be what they really are.

 

My N97 is now back in its box, I'm using the N95 again, nearly three years old and outperforming the N97 by a long shot.
