Nokia please respond!!!

You stated that UK users would get V20 firmware for unbranded phones at the same time as everyone else, we have yet to get it.

All we want to know is what is happening, when will we get it, is that to much to ask?

Stop all the negative posts here by talking to your customers.

I got it in the uk on the 27th of Oct. However Really don't bother as ver 2.0 is truely aweful software. Its buggy slow and crashes the phone. Since my upgrade my phone is unresponsive and really annoying to use. I really wouldn't bother with this, I loved my N97 running version 12.0.024 but now I just want rid of it.

It makes me wonder if they actually tested the new firmware at all?

Kudos!
