I have just had an automated call from my broadband supplier (which I wanted to take) on my N97 (running v20). At one point I was asked to press '1' - no virtual keybaord! When I opened up and used the Qwerty - yes I did remember to press the blue arrow first - and pressed 1, the automated system timed out and said there had not been a response. So, is there a short-cut to getting the virtual keyboard to display during an incoming call?
