for the benefit of others, I'm bringing back a post of Nov 2008 on PC Suite:

I managed to install Ovi Suite 2.0 only by restarting the computer in diagnostic mode as explained in the post. Any other attempt failed with error 2147287035.

What version of Windows is being used? Windows Vista
