E71 - Memory card corrupt

Hi, for whatever reason my 3 week old E71 said the memory card was corrupt. Not knowing any better I formatted it and carried on. Unfortunately this has mean't I no longer have access to applications that were on the E71, like RT global racer, sports tracker, the scanner , wifi presenter and others. Worse, I can no longer use my free 90 day subscription to Nokia Maps. Is there any way of getting any of this stuff back? Thanks, IanM Message Edited by imazz on 07-Nov-2009 10:27 AM

Use OVI store or do a soft reset or perform a software update. 1) *#7780# 12345 restore factory settings, keep data
2) *#7370# 12345 reformat, lose all data

I had already tried a software update (but did not to do the reset first). None of the missing applications or the Nokia maps licence came back. What did you mean by "use OVI store"? Message Edited by imazz on 08-Nov-2009 04:16 PM
